Grand Marie

Last week we were lucky enough to have Sam's mom and his sister Holly come to FL for a visit. They arrived Monday and stayed till Sunday.

Our week was packed with fun filled adventures which included:

Tues - We went to the beach. Holly was asking from the moment she got in our car at the airport where the ocean was. This was Marie’s first visit to the Atlantic.

After the beach we went across the street to Shelly's for some swimming.

Then an order of the most delicious Thai food.

Wed - DISNEY... I LOVE Disney!

Thursday - We just relaxed at the house and I got a hair cut.

Friday - We went fabric shopping. Marie and I found some really darling fabrics... I’m still regretting not buying it all. Sam's brother Levi, Heather and Kendyll came up from Ft. Lauderdale. We had dinner at Outback and the Levi Haught family took a quick trip to the ER for Kendyll. She tripped at the house and busted her nose pretty bad.

Sat - We played at Mom & Dad's. Brian and Linnea brought their boat over. The boys went wakeboarding. There was lots of tubing and swimming followed by a pizza party, at Holly's request. Then we were lucky to get a Bon Voyage/Thank you concert performed by "The 7th child Princess Holly Star Haught," which included our favorites "Somewhere over the Rainbow" and her own "Seasons of the Year".

Needless to say we really really enjoyed the time we got to spend with Marie and Holly. It was so great for Austin and Kate to see their AZ family. We already miss them.
